Step 1: Duplicate Notion and Airtable Templates

• [ ] Duplicate the Notion Sponsorship Booking Template
• [ ] Duplicate the Airtable base titled [PUBLIC] Sponsorship Booking Template
  • [ ] 🚨  Replace the FORM URL with your own

    • [ ] Go to Booked Sponsorships Table in Airtable → Select the form (Rename it too)

      

      1. Click Share Form

         

      2. Copy and Paste the URL and Replace it here

Once you’ve duplicated the templates and set up 3 the Airtable automations, move on to the next step!

Step 2: Create Stripe Checkout Payment Links

• [ ] Create a payment link in Stripe (Click for instructions)

  • Put it on Test Mode so you can make sure it works

• [ ] Replace the Stripe Payment that’s in the Notion template you duplicated, with yours.

Once you’re done creating the Stripe links, running a test transaction and replacing the LIVE Stripe link to your Notion template, move on to the next step!
